Press Tools
K340 – High performance cold work steel, offering good toughness, high wear resistance and compressive strength. Other advantages include excellent air hardening properties, good dimensional stability and excellent surface coating properties.
Die Casting
W303 – Hot work steel featuring excellent hot tensile strength, high retention of hardness, good toughness and resistance to heat checking.
Cutting Tools
Böhler offers a wide range of both Conventional and Powder Metallurgy High Speed Steels.
Plastic Mould Tools
M340 – High Performance Plastic Mould Steel offering polishability, excellent corrosion resistance, very good wear resistance and good dimensional stability during heat treatment.
M300 – Pre-Hardened Stainless Mould Steel (30/32 HRC). Good corrosion resistance and polishability.
M314 – Pre-Hardened Stainless Bolster Steel. Good corrosion resistance.
