Nilo® Alloy 41

Nilo® 41 (Also known as Alloy 41, and Invar 41, Dilaton41) is an iron-nickel controlled expansion alloy containing 41% nickel with a low and nominally constant coefficient of thermal expansion in the 20°C (85° F) range up to about 300°C (570 °F). Nilo® Alloy 41 is extensively used in the oil and gas, pharma, medical, electronics, automotive industries as well as many other precision engineers in various applications including bi-metal thermostat strips, thermostat rods, electronic tubes, glass to metal and ceramic to metal seals.

We hold a large range of Nilo® Alloy 41 stock in bars from 2inch right up to 10inch for immediate international dispatch. We also supply Nilo® 41 in plate & sheet. Where required we offer a cutting and drilling service to supply you with material to your specification and requirements. We have no minimum order requirement on Alloy 41 orders. All our metal is European produced material.
