Sales Office Administrator Position (Dublin)

Impact Ireland (Metals) LTD has a proven track record providing both Ireland and many international markets with high-quality Stainless Steels, Nickel Alloys, Aluminium, Engineering Steels, and Engineering Plastics. 

Due to expansion and success in the markets, our Dublin Sales division now requires a talented and hardworking individual to join our team to assist us in growing our market share and continue to develop our sales procedures and processes. The successful candidate will gain experience on the job and further training as and when required.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications.
  • Previous experience in the role of sales and or office administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High level of experience working in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational skills

The successful candidate will be required to manage sales documentation, our CRM system and work as part of the sales team, ensuring efficiencies and procedures are working to their optimum. Internal training, including our ISO procedures and health and safety protocol, will be provided. We seek someone who will demonstrate the aptitude and ability to make this role their own whilst working as part of the company’s sales team. 

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Assist management and the sales team with all elements of the sales process and administration
  • Supporting the administrative duties of the company 
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales operations
  • Maintain a complete record of sales and office documentation.
  • Build and maintain CMS (Company currently using One Page, training provided)
  • Assist with incoming inquiries via email and phone.
  • Prepare sales reports as and when required
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

This is a full-time position. There is a six-month probation period, and the position is available for an immediate start.
